Digital Visitor Registration Privacy Policy

Background information:

Rewardle has developed a Digital Visitor Registration tool in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Digital Visitor Registration tool is designed to support COVID-19 contact tracing by authorities by helping individuals, organisations and businesses to collect and retrieve contact information of visitors.

The Digital Visitor Registration tool has been developed as a stand alone application and personal information collected through the Digital Visitor Registration tool is held separately to our other services and data collected is not considered part of the Rewardle Platform.

Why we collect your personal information:

Your information is collected to support COVID-19 contact tracing efforts in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak at a location you have visited.

What personal information do we collect:

The Digital Visitor Registration tool collects personal information required by state government authorities for COVID-19 contact tracing. Based on your location we may collect all or some of the following information: name, mobile number, email address, table number, area and home address.

What we do with your personal information:

Your personal information is made available to the person, business or organisation that set up the Digital Visitor Registration account on a self service request basis. This party may provide your information to authorities for use in COVID-19 contact tracing.

What will happen to your personal information:

State authorities require that information collected for COVID-19 contact tracing is stored for a minimum period of time. Once the minimum storage period has been satisfied we delete the personal information collected through the Digital Visitor Registration tool and it is no longer available from our service to the individuals, businesses or organisations using our Digital Visitor Registration tool.
